It began in August 2005 and more recently added new destinations, including some not covered by other discount carriers. Avolar has flights from Acapulco, el Bajío (León/Guanajuato), Colima, Cuernavaca, Hermosillo, Hermosillo, Morelia, Oaxaca, Puebla, Tepic, Tijuana, Uruapan and Zihuatanejo. Some route are limited to as little as two flights a week.
